Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Free shipping promotions only apply to the contiguous 48 United States. Any shipping outside of the USA will result in a shipping cost.

How long will it take to get my order?

In the lower 48 states, you can expect to receive your product within 3-5 business days. If you're ordering outside of the USA, shipping times can vary. Customs and processing can extend arrival times to 3-4 weeks in some cases.

IMPORTANT
T-shirts and other made-to-order items can take up to 30 days to arrive. We typically do our drops for a week, close orders and then purchase everything in bulk. This means we have to wait a week or so for the product to be made and then shipped. Please be patient with us as we create your shirts!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use most major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Returns/Warranty

Can I return my product?

We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

You may return a flight bag within 30 days of purchase. The bag must have proof of purchase, packaging and hang tags intact.

T-shirts and other wearables can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. They must be unworn and undamaged.

Please note, all returns are subject to a small shipping and restocking fee.

Do you have a warranty?

Wairworthy stands by the quality of our products with a 7 year manufacturer's warranty. This means we'll cover any defects in materials or workmanship of the product. Cosmetic damage is not covered. To submit a claim please email us at support@wairworthy.com.

Note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Wairworthy will cover repairs or replacement. Proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim.

Do I need to purchase an item to enter?

No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes. You can view our official rules by clicking the rules link at the very bottom of the page.

Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Is this real? Are you really giving away an airplane?

Yes. It's pretty wild, actually!
